This week is Australian Food Safety Week (AFSW19) and it’s all about Excellent Eggs – Handle Them Safely! 

To celebrate AFSW19 we are sharing a three-part video series on Egg Food Safety. In our first video, Kelly, the Project Manager for our HACCP Food Safety course takes us into the ATOL kitchen to talk about eggs and the foodborne illnesses that can come from eggs.
