ISO 45001 is being revised. The 2027 edition is coming.

ISO 45001, the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems, is currently being revised. The next edition, ISO 45001:2027, is still in draft, and the standard has not yet been published.
Once it is, OH&S professionals who already hold a qualification against ISO 45001:2018 will be able to update it without requalifying from scratch, the same way current ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 19011:2026 Transition Courses work now. This page exists so you can register your interest ahead of time and be first to know when the course opens.
Who this will be for
OH&S managers and auditors who already hold an Exemplar Global OH qualification against ISO 45001:2018, or IRCA equivalent.This is the expected audience based on the pattern used for the other three 2026 Transition Courses. It is not yet confirmed for ISO 45001:2027 specifically.
What to expect when this launches
This course has not been built yet, so there is no clause-by-clause detail to publish. Once ISO 45001:2027 is released and the course is developed, expect it to follow the same model as the current Transition Courses: what changed, traced clause by clause to the published standard, sized for people updating an existing qualification rather than starting again.
