Exemplar Global Certificate of Attainment (TPECS) Certificate of Attainment Certificate of Attainment - TPECS |
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 19011 have all moved to their 2026 editions.
Here is what changed across all three standards, and how to update every credential you hold in one enrolment.
If you hold Exemplar Global or IRCA qualifications against the 2015 edition of ISO 9001, the 2015 edition of ISO 14001, and the 2018 edition of ISO 19011, you do not need to requalify from scratch in any of them. Each 2026 revision builds on the standard you already know. The structure is familiar and the audit approach has not been rebuilt from the ground up.
This bundle brings the three transition courses together in one enrolment: what changed in ISO 9001:2026, what changed in ISO 14001:2026, and what changed in ISO 19011:2026, each traced clause by clause to the current standard. You complete each course on its own, in whichever order suits you, and each one issues its own Exemplar Global Certificate of Attainment when you finish it.
Who this bundle is for
This bundle is built for one specific situation: you already hold credentials across all three of these standards and need to bring all of them current at once, rather than transitioning one at a time over separate enrolments.
- Quality managers and QMS auditors holding an ISO 9001:2015 qualification: ISO 9001:2026 separates risks from opportunities into distinct actions and adds quality culture and ethical behaviour as explicit requirements. Clause 6.3 planning of changes is new.
- Environmental managers and EMS auditors holding an ISO 14001:2015 qualification: ISO 14001:2026 restructures the clause 4 to 10 content you already know into the current edition, with a dedicated key changes module.
- Lead auditors and internal auditors holding an ISO 19011:2018 or Exemplar Global Lead Auditor Professional Personnel qualification: ISO 19011:2026 adds explicit expectations for technology enabled and remote auditing, AI based evaluation tools, and updated audit team leader responsibilities.
- Integrated management systems auditors carrying quality, environmental and lead auditor credentials together: this is the one enrolment that updates all three, instead of three separate purchases and three separate prerequisite checks.
If you hold only one or two of the three prior qualifications, enrol in the individual ISO 9001:2026, ISO 14001:2026 or ISO 19011:2026 Transition Course instead. This bundle is gated on holding all three.
What you will be able to do after this bundle
Completing all three courses brings your full credential set current, across quality, environmental and audit methodology standards at the same time.
- Audit a quality management system against ISO 9001:2026, including the separated risks and opportunities actions and the new planning of changes requirement
- Audit an environmental management system against the restructured ISO 14001:2026 clause set
- Plan and lead management system audits under ISO 19011:2026, including its updated expectations for remote auditing methods and the use of technology and AI based evaluation tools
- Hold current, 2026 edition credentials across all three standards without a gap in your Exemplar Global record
What you will learn
Each course focuses on what changed for its standard. Nothing you already learned under the earlier edition is repeated in full.

What's Inside the ISO 19011:2026 Transition Course
| Module 1 |
Audit Fundamentals and Programmes (Clauses 1 to 5) Covers what has changed between ISO 19011:2018 and ISO 19011:2026 at a glance, then builds the foundation: scope, terminology, the seven principles of auditing, and how an audit programme is planned, resourced, and managed under the revised standard. |
| Module 2 |
Conducting an Audit (Clause 6) The practical core of the course. Follows the full audit lifecycle from initiating and planning through to conducting the audit, generating findings, reporting, and follow-up, including the new requirements introduced in ISO 19011:2026. |
| Module 3 |
Competence and Evaluation of Auditors (Clause 7) Covers what it takes to be, and remain, a competent auditor and audit team leader under ISO 19011:2026, including the new competency areas this edition introduces, such as technology and AI-based evaluation tools. |
What is inside this course
Thirteen lessons, structured clause by clause. Each lesson identifies what is new or significantly revised, what has been clarified or strengthened, what remains unchanged but may require different application, and the practical implications for implementation, auditing and transition planning.
| Lesson | Summary of module content |
|---|---|
|
Understanding the changes in ISO 9001:2026 |
How the revision is structured, the five change classifications used throughout the course, and how the 2015 and 2026 editions are compared clause by clause. |
|
Foreword and Introduction |
The intent behind the 2026 revision. Confirms this is the sixth edition, incorporating Amendment 1:2024, and covers what's changed in how the standard sets out its own purpose. |
|
Clause 1 Scope |
Updated terminology and restructured wording, without changing the purpose or scope of ISO 9001. |
|
Clause 2 Normative references |
How referenced documents are treated, and why ISO 9000 remains the normative reference for quality fundamentals and vocabulary. |
|
Clause 3 Terms and definitions |
A significant change: ISO 9001 now defines selected terms directly, rather than pointing entirely to ISO 9000. |
|
Clause 4 Context of the organization |
A broader view of context, including where climate change now features, and what's new in determining interested parties and scope. |
|
Clause 5 Leadership |
How leadership expectations have shifted, with quality culture and ethical behaviour now built into the standard's language. |
|
Clause 6 Planning |
The most substantial set of changes in the standard, including the new split between actions on risk and actions on opportunity, and a stronger requirement to plan for change. |
|
Clause 7 Support |
What's changed in the resources, environment and knowledge a quality system depends on, including remote and hybrid working arrangements. |
|
Clause 8 Operation |
Updated operational requirements, from how externally provided processes are controlled through to delivering products and services. |
|
Clause 9 Performance evaluation |
New expectations for how performance is evaluated, including a sharper focus on audit objectives and management review. |
|
Clause 10 Improvement |
How the improvement clause has been restructured and consolidated, and what it means for corrective action. |
